Ribeyes are the ultimate sharing steak. Best served medium. Sear for mins each side, then 15 – 20 mins in the oven on 180C. This steak will be a minimum of 200g and come to you vacuum sealed with approximately 4 weeks shelf life when kept in your refrigerator.
