Traiteur is managed by the dynamic duo of award-winning chef
Anthea and
European-trained butcher Maarten. They head a team of specialists
who cook everything on the premises. We ensure only fresh, wholesome ingredients
are sourced, then combine these foods in imaginative, flavoursome
ways.
Take our sausages, which are gluten and preservative free. So
really it’s just meat and seasoning. However it’s how these two elements are
united that sets our sausage apart.
